Fierté Canada Pride’s committees are where strategy meets action, bringing together board members, staff, and 2SLGBTQIA+ community members to shape policies, strengthen systems, and guide key areas of FCP’s work. Their hands-on contributions ensure the organization remains transparent, accountable, and grounded in community needs.
Finance Committee
Guiding financial sustainability and transparency. This committee ensures FCP meets its fiduciary responsibilities through sound budgeting, policy development, and financial oversight. It supports the annual audit and helps ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization.
Governance Committee
Shaping strong, values-driven structures. The Governance Committee maintains and evolves FCP’s bylaws, policies, and internal processes. It supports succession planning and ensures decision-making is aligned with FCP’s commitments to equity and accountability.
